Pingry Spring Intensive
Raritan Valley Habitat was thrilled to host high schoolers from Pingry School for four impactful days of community service as part of their Spring Intensive Program. After a comprehensive introduction on the importance of affordable housing and the New Jersey affordable landscape, students plunged into four days of hands-on service, including:
- Creating a brand-new book nook section at the Manville ReStore.
- Painting the exterior of the Raritan Borough Splash Pad building
- Brightening the Learning Gate playground by painting games and designs on the blacktop.
- Refreshing a repair homeowner’s house with plants and mulch.
