If Raritan Valley Habitat determines that income and debt-to-income ratio meet low-income housing and Raritan Valley Habitat underwriting requirements, Raritan Valley Habitat will send a request for additional documentation.
All applications that meet the qualifications for a Habitat home will be entered into a random drawing.
